The administrator of the personal data is CAD Projekt K&A sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 46 Rubież Street in Poznań (61-612). The data shall be processed for the purpose of performing the contract, fulfilling legal obligations resulting from the provisions of law, conducting marketing activities and for the purpose of the administrator's legitimate interest: verification of the clients' entitlement to purchase a temporary key. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a-c) and (f) RODO. (See more) The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract. Failure to do so may result in refusal to conclude a contract and/or to receive marketing information. The data will be processed for the period required by law and for the duration of the software licence, then until the security key is returned and for a further 6 months to verify entitlement to the single time key purchase. The recipients of the data are the administrator's employees and entities acting on behalf of the administrator.
